About insulated doors.
If you have a room above the garage that requires to be heated, we highly suggest that you get a good insulated door. It will help you save on your heating bill. If you use your garage as a workshop, your door should be insulated. An insulated door will keep temperatures in the garage fairly stable to reduce the temperature fluctuation in the room. Finally, an insulated door is generally quieter and has a more attractive interior than an uninsulated door.
Removal of the old existing door.
For a small fee, our technicians properly remove your door and recycle all recoverable materials.
Installation Lead Times.
Currently our lead time is 1-2 weeks for doors that are in stock. Special order doors usually take 4-6 weeks.
Clear the garage floor for installation.
To install the doors and openers efficiently, our technicians need the space to be free of debris. Please have all vehicles out of the garage during installation.
Using and old operator on your new door.
The opener must meet certain reversing requirements in order to prevent entrapment. Opener codes are dictated by State and Federal guidelines (UL-325). Existing machines are checked first by the serial number and manufacturer name, then by proper installation and finally by condition.

We gladly accept cash and checks. At the present time, we do not accept accept credit cards.
We also require a deposit of 50% before we are able to place the door order.
